1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items purchased at janetresta.com. All returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
2. How to Return
- Visit janetresta.com/account to initiate your return
- Select the order and items you wish to return
- Print the prepaid return label (where applicable)
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Drop off at designated carrier location
3. Return Conditions
- Original proof of purchase required
- Final sale items cannot be returned
- Swimwear and intimate apparel must have hygiene seals intact
- Custom-made items are non-returnable
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive return
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
- Return shipping fees deducted from refund (unless our error)
5. Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return original item following standard process
- Place new order for desired size at janetresta.com
6. Damaged/Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damage/defect
- We’ll arrange free return and replacement
7. International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund excludes original shipping charges
- May be subject to customs deductions
8. Store Credit Option
Instead of refund, you may request:
- Store credit for full item value
- No deduction for return shipping
- Valid for 12 months
9. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized/personalized products
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
